and questions commonly encountered in daily human life.

The World Health Organization defines “Life Skills” as

abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable

individuals to effectively deal with the demands and

challenges of everyday life.


GRAAFICS defines Life-Skills as:

Those mandatory set of skills that every human

absolutely must have in order to survive- period.
